New album arrived in okt 2025 by the Pär Lindh Project.
This album was intended to be my last hurray as far as prog rock albums were concerned. A farewell to my fans all over the world. Hence the unreleased bonus track with PLP Mark One from 1997 with Magdalena singing (RIP).
However in 2024 Hampus Anderson came to rent a flat on my estate. After not to long I realized that Hampus was a truly great guitarist, bass player as well as vocalist and that he like me was a fan of Emerson, Lake & Palmer. So we decided to form a band and started to look for a really good drummer and after a while Mattias Olson of Anglagard fame decided to join the band and a Power Trio was born. So more PLP albums are now likely to follow this one.
THE SUITE NAGELFAR is a piece that William Kopecky and I started working on ages ago and two basic tracks were recorded with bass, drums and Hammond organ. I then resurrected this music and added an intro as I began to make what I believed to be my final PLP studioalbum.
Then followed composition and arrangement work trying to make the perfect version. I added synthesizers. piano and Mellotron parts also with vocals from Jack Bruce (RIP).
The suite has three parts. Nagelfar is as legend has it a ship made of the nails of fallen Viking Heroes on their final journey to Valhalla.
